Blueprint Builds Start

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Blueprint Builds is a professional hardware consulting service. We do not sell, ship, or provide physical computer components. Our product is the expert time and research required to architect your custom hardware plan.

Because our consulting work begins as soon as your order is paid, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy for change-of-mind or accidental purchases. However, we offer full refunds under the following professional guarantee.

1. The Consulting Feasibility Guarantee

We will provide a 100% full refund if our consultants determine that your project goals cannot be safely or reliably achieved within your provided budget. To ensure we only architect high-quality, professional-grade builds, we enforce the following minimum budget requirements for our consulting services:

  • The Build Audit: $800 USD minimum
  • The Essential Blueprint: $800 USD minimum
  • The Ultimate Studio: $2,500 USD minimum

The feasibility process:

  • Market evaluation. Upon receiving your order, our consultants evaluate your budget against current 2026 hardware market prices.
  • Consultation. If your performance goals are impossible to meet within your specified budget, we will pause the order and contact you to discuss realistic alternatives.
  • Automatic refund. If we cannot make a blueprint that meets our professional standards within your budget, a full 100% refund will be issued immediately. We do not charge for consulting that cannot result in a viable plan.

2. Completion of consulting services

Our service is considered fulfilled once we make and send your blueprint or audit report to your inbox. As this constitutes a transfer of intellectual property and professional advice, all sales are final once the document has been sent.

3. Order cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, provided our consultants have not yet begun the research phase for your project. Once work has started, the order is non-refundable.
