We only collect the information necessary to provide your custom PC manifests and process your orders:

  • Identity and contact data: your name and email address.
  • Service data: your budget, hardware preferences, and goals provided via our intake form.
  • Payment data: transaction details processed through our payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP addresses and browser type collected automatically by our host (Hostinger) to ensure site security and performance. We also keep a one-way-encrypted (hashed) copy of your IP address for up to one hour to block spam submissions.

2. How we use your data

We use your information strictly for:

  • Fulfilling your order and delivering your Blueprint within 1 business day.
  • Communicating with you regarding your specific build audit or request.
  • Internal record-keeping for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Improving our hardware recommendations based on aggregate (non-identifiable) data.

3. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners required to run our business:

  • Payment processors: Stripe handles all financial data securely.
  • Hosting and email: Hostinger hosts our website and our email. Orders you submit through our form are sent to our support inbox by email.
  • Affiliate links: if you click a hardware link in your Blueprint, that retailer may use cookies to track the referral.

4. Your rights

Under modern privacy regulations, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request that we delete your data (right to be forgotten).
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications.

5. Data retention

We keep order details and correspondence for as long as needed to deliver your blueprint, answer follow-up questions and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Data security

We use SSL encryption and secure third-party platforms to protect your data from unauthorized access. While no system is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.

7. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Do Not Track

Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, so it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Our fonts and code are served from our own host.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted on our home page.
