1. Scope of Service Blueprint Builds provides custom computer hardware and peripheral recommendations ("Blueprints"). We are an advisory service only; we do not sell, ship, or warranty the physical hardware components.

2. Delivery Timeline All orders are processed and delivered within one (1) business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Delivery is fulfilled via the email address provided at checkout.

3. Client Responsibility Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the intake form. Blueprint Builds is not liable for issues arising from incorrect budget reporting or misrepresented requirements.

4. Affiliate Disclosure Recommended links may be affiliate links. Blueprint Builds may earn a commission if you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are based on performance data, not commission rates.

5. Limitation of Liability While we verify compatibility to the best of our ability, hardware assembly carries inherent risks. Blueprint Builds is not responsible for any damage to hardware during the building process or for manufacturer defects.
